How to earn points:
10 points for pre PSQI
10 points for sleep hygiene class in person or virtual
5 points for visit to info table or virtual 5 points for each relaxation experience you attend
5 points for each action plan completed
Combined total improvement on PSQI one point for each of the sleep hygiene questions answered
Each event will have a code to add when completed
